Referral Programme Policy

1. Definition

For the purposes of this policy, "Digidom" refers to Digidom Studios Limited.

Welcome to the Digidom Referral Programme. These terms govern your participation in the programme, where you can earn commissions for referring new clients to Digidom for website development services.

3. Eligibility

Participation in the referral programme is open to individuals and businesses that meet our eligibility criteria. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

4. Referral Process

To refer a new client, you can use one of the following methods:

• Send a potential client to our website using your unique referral code: Share your unique referral link with potential clients. When they use this link to visit our website and sign up, your referral will be tracked automatically. Your unique link will look like this: https://digidom.co.uk?ref=YourUniqueCode
• Submit a client's details using a form on our website: You can directly submit the potential client's contact information through the referral form available on our website. The URL of this form will be sent to you after you sign up. We will follow up with submissions and ensure your referral is recorded.

A referral is considered successful when the referred client signs a contract and completes the deposit payment for our services.

5. Commission and Payment

You will earn £200 for every successful referral of a new client website project.

Commissions are paid out via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 days of receiving the referred client’s deposit payment.

6. Conditions for Earning Commission

A referral is only deemed successful if the referred client does not cancel or request a refund within 30 days of signing the contract. Commissions will not be paid for self-referrals or fraudulent referrals.

The referred client must be a new customer who is unknown to Digidom. You cannot refer your own website projects or any projects for which you have a vested interest.

7. Tracking and Reporting

When you make a referral, we’ll add it to our sales portal. You’ll receive email notifications at each stage of the sale’s journey.

8. Termination and Modification

Digidom reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time. We may terminate your participation if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Indemnification

By participating in the Digidom Referral Programme, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digidom, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the programme.

10. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected as part of the referral programme will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
