Our website hosting service includes reliable server hosting, basic technical support, and routine maintenance to help keep your website running smoothly.
Support is included as part of your hosting plan. We aim to respond to all technical support requests within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Support covers website uptime issues, general troubleshooting, and minor content changes. We’ll also provide guidance on how to log in to the platform and manage your own website content where needed.

Our hosting services operate on either a monthly or annual rolling contract, depending on your chosen plan.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email). To avoid future charges, please ensure notice is given before your next billing period begins.
Should you wish to move your website away from our hosting service, we can facilitate the transfer to your new provider. A nominal transfer fee will apply to cover the time involved in preparing and delivering your site files and database.
We take regular website backups. In the event of an issue, we’ll attempt to restore your site to its last known working state. However, we recommend you also keep your own copies of important content.
Monthly or annual payments are due in advance, depending on your chosen billing cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension of service.
This service is designed for standard business websites. Excessive usage or requests beyond the scope of basic support may require a separate support agreement or incur additional charges (we’ll always notify you first).
